Missing EE £50 Game card Voucher

Hi,

I ordered a Meta Quest 3S with a £50 Game card back on 10th November 2024 and the voucher still hasn't arrived. 

Please could somebody look into this?

I am sorry to hear you haven't received your Game Card yet as part of your bundle. Please give us a call on 150 when you can so one of our guides can access your account and send off a form to our product support team to get your code sent out as soon as possible.

I've been trying to call multiple times a day for several days. Nobody ever answers. Hence me posting here.

Hello. Did this get resolved? I received a bundle package today, which included Ps store vouchers but no Ee game card

I've now called 150, FOUR times and been told every time that I will receive the voucher within 48 hours. 

Please can you get this resolved?

Just to be sure, do you have a mobile contract with us as well?

If you do, did you purchase this outright, or choose to pay for it alongside your mobile bills?
