Missing EE £50 Game card Voucher

Hi,

I ordered a Meta Quest 3S with a £50 Game card back on 10th November 2024 and the voucher still hasn't arrived. 

Please could somebody look into this?

I did this and was given a lost of unrelated subjects. I have also called 150 AGAIN. I was told that it would be chased up and that it will hopefully be sorted within a week. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for the voucher since the 10th of November.

I got my meta quest in the beginning of November. I’ve got a hold of EE twice about the game card and still haven’t received it. Hope you have better luck 

I have been in contact with EE twice now for the missing £50 gamecard I was meant to get with my meta quest 3 in the beginning of November. I was told I would receive it within 48 hours and it’s been over a month. I was using the voucher to buy the games. My first payment has left my bank for the meta quest and I’m still unable to play due to not receiving the game card. Please get this sorted

Calling our team directly is definitely the right thing to do, as one of our Customer Service Guides can escalate this by sending a webform to the relevant team. 

If this has already been done previously, then the next step I'd suggest would be asking to open a complaint. From there, our team will work to get this resolved.

I have made a complaint. It made no difference. I'm now being told it should 'hopefully' be resolved by the 16th. 

The service from EE is getting progressively worse as time goes on. 

Hi I'm still waiting for mine as well. 
it’s been 2 weeks.

haven’t received a text message with code or had anything sent by email.

can you help with this please?

I joined EE just for this offer, how was the gamecard sent, have seen some people say on other forums it was digitally sent, some saying physical. anyway never got mine either way and when i try call 07953 966150, all i get is options for mobile or tv etc... is there a more specific number i should be using as im not an EE customer for anything else just my quest 3s
