I really need some help.
I bought a ps5 with £100 game card and ps plus 2 year subscription in October.
i received the £100 voucher but not the ps plus subscription, i have been onto the live chat twice, had a complaint opened and closed with no contact to me, the web form filled out and getting absolutely no where with customer service.
Please can someone help me urgently with this issue.
