Hi,
On 3rd of October I chose one of the Xbox Series X bundle with £70 EE game card voucher. I received my console, but I haven't received my voucher through the text. Also I've bought PS5 bundle with 24 months of PSPlus and another £70 EE game cars voucher, but when I tried to reedem it on EE website it showed me, I have only £50 that I can use from that code, which I use it didn't let me buy £50 and £20 PS wallet currency.
Is there any chance you can help me receive my xbox bundle EE gamecard voucher?

Same issue for me (and others I notice on this site). Texting EE GameCard to 150 clearly doesn't work so I don't know why that gets suggested - 150 just replies back with commands that can be sent. I've run customer services twice over the last week (20+ minute hold wait) for them to not really know.
Did you get a resolution @Kacper_O ?

Yes, I has been resolved today. I've called the technical support, explain them the issue, gentlemen put all the details in the system and flagged my ticket as "Do not close" issue been solved within 3 hours.
Make sure to inform them to not close the ticket otherwise your issue will be bypassed.
Give them a call and you should get your vouchers.
Hope you'll resolve your issue.

Another 40 minutes on the phone talking to tech support and them then passing me back to customer service. The agent has completed the same form that was completed last weekend and I now have to wait another 72 hours to see if I hear something.
