TV order

I placed an order for a TV via ee.co.uk and added this onto my mobile subscription as a pay monthly for 11 months and this was on 12th November. I've heard nothing else since then, and I can't seem to track the order at all, nor does it appear in my account.

I've tried calling 150 but none of the options are relevant (if you use the automated rapid service, there is no option for TV, if you press option 2 and use the TV option, it asks you for your mobile number and then only wants to assist you with your mobile, which isn't what I'm calling about!)... so my question is, how exactly do I get an update on my order, and why is this so painful?

Hi,

I'm having this same issue. I did manage to speak to someone regarding my TV order and they said that they're having issues processing orders for TVs, I'd say if you don't hear from them in the next 2 to 4 days, you should call and cancel the order.

When you look at the TV you've ordered online, does it show any timescales for delivery by any chance? 

When calling the team for further support, please tell us the mobile number you've added the TV to, and this is how we'll see the details. You'll just need to speak to Customer Services and one of our Guides can help.
