Recently received my meta quest 3s and still have not received my gamecard voucher that was part of the package.
Tried calling and keep getting passed out menus

I know you'll be eager to to get your Game Card to make the most of your Meta Quest.
If you call Customer Service on 150 and select option 2, and then follow the options for general enquiries a guide will be able to raise a ticket for your missing voucher.

Spoke to customer services who asked me to contact waivpay. And have had no further responses since

Can you text EE GameCard to 150?
You should receive a reply with your game card codes.

How long ago did you email our fulfilment team (Blackhawk) at bhneegaming@waivpay.com?
If it's been over 48 hours please get back in touch with Customer Service where a guide will be able to raise a follow-up webform directly to the Product Support team who will get in touch with you.
