I still haven't received my confirmation email and I placed the order yesterday

Hi, 

 

i ordered my upgraded phone yesterday and they said they sent me a confirmation email but they still haven't, is there a way for it to be sent again? 

 

The money was taken out of my account so I know that the order placed went through.

I have tried to do this and they said that there is a delay due to something beyond there control. Why offer next day delivery if they can’t stick to it

I'm sorry to hear there has been an unforeseen delay with your delivery. The courier will send you a text with tracking details as soon as they're able to confirm your delivery slot.
