I ordered a mobile last 27th. At the same time, the pound has also been cut. Also received confirmation email. By tracking, it can be seen that the order has been dispatched. But I have not received any mail or mobile sms from the courier yet. It's been four days today. What can be done now, please tell

If the app is asking for the reference, please give our sales team a call on 0800 956 6000 who can get the order looked into and provide a reference number.

This device is currently showing as 'Usually dispatched within 7 days' on the EE shop. 

Have you tried downloading the DPD app and using the registered email address and postcode to check if they have any deliveries scheduled?

Just asking for reference number in DPD. I can't find any option to enter an email address.
