Hello everyone! I hope it goes well!, On 09/30 I bought the Iphone 16 Pro Max, everything was going well until the moment of payment, when I just processed the payment, the page froze and it didn't advance anymore. They debited me the payment amount, but they didn't send me any email about the product order or anything. Has it happened to anyone? I need help because I can't call since my English is not the best :). I'm looking for help

I appreciate it may be difficult if your English is not the best but it would be best to call us as we have no account access on these forums to be able to confirm if your order has been successful I am sorry. 150 is the number to use from an EE mobile and 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
Are you an existing contract customer with an online account setup? As if so you may find it easier to talk to us using the Message us option in the help section EE app, but this is only available to existing contract customers.
