I ordered from the EE store website (https://store.ee.co.uk) and have not receive my delivery. I tried contacting EE on multiple occasions regarding this but they have said they can’t help with EE online store purchases or have absolutely no clue what I’m talking about. No one seems to be trained or have any clue on the own company they work for and the different online stores they provide, I think I’ve learnt more today than they know. Not even a contact number on the EE store website just an email that doesn’t reply! Ridiculous

Fingers crossed a guide will have picked up the order cancellation request in time, but just to make sure, I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, then one of our guides can give you some clarity on the status of the order.

Hi, I have had a similar “issue” my order (Xbox Series X) was confirmed on 2 January and received invoice + tracking details. However, the tracking details provided aren’t working (tried every courier services provided). I have emailed the help desk but to no avail. The tracking details as of today remain the same - I’m stuck and I don’t know what to do.

I was able to talk to customer services. They were unable to provide updates because the order was purchased from a “different department”, from EE Store (store.ee.co.uk). Gave my contact details and I should receive a phone call within the next 16 hours. 😞

I’m having the same issue!!!
Ive ordered, haven’t recieved any tracking details. I ordered a bundle and apparently part of it has been cancelled!! Customer service is AWFUL and nobody has got back to me and i’ve received no order updates. Starting to thinking it’s a scam

Mine was last friday too!!
I ordered the xbox series s and controller bundle, i got a tracking number on my dispatch email but no idea who to track it with! tried with everyone they say they deliver with on website but none are working.
then to top it off ive logged into my account to check it but it was saying the controller was cancelled.
have emailed twice now and heard nothing 😕

We are in the same boat! It is very frustrating because this is a gift. I’ve emailed them (hoping to get a response today). I shall update this thread of any updates!
