Every time I try to upgrade my phone it says technical issues and to call or visit store, why is it so difficult to upgrade with ee these days. Why is their website so bad. Tempted to go to a different phone provider.is anyone else having issues upgrading?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having completing your upgrade, as this is not what we want to hear. I appreciate it may not be ideal to have to upgrade when speaking with our team, but if there is a problem with your account you may need to speak with us to get the resolved, and you will then be able to complete your upgrade online later, if you would prefer.
