Hello EE.
I purchased an apple watch on 09/01/2025 thru app, however, I have accidentally sent that to one of the EE store in Guildford.
The following day, I phone EE again and I was advised by Holly that disregard it and I have to order a new watch and send it to my House. I asked whether if I can collect that to EE store, she told me that I would not be able to collect it. So I was forced to buy a new one from EE.
I phoned EE so many times to chase up the cancellation until I was advised to go to EE store. I went there on 14/01/2025 and one of the guy there told me that he will process the cancellation and will return the device to EE. Until now I have not refeive any feedback and I will receive my next bill which I will pay for 2 apple watch.
If this has been not resolve I will take this to legal case as I felt that was got scam and got advantage.
Could you please assist me with this.
