Calm premium subscription

I’m trying to take advantage of the Calm premium subscription offer through EE but it’s not showing in the app. When trying to call 150 there’s no options on the phone to ask about this sort of issue. When ringing 150, press option 2 should get you through to one of the guides, who should be able to help.
