Hi  I have just received an email from EE informing me that they have undercharged me £6 per month for my Netflix Premium subscription and that they are going to charge me a one off £18 for the last 3 months then an on-going £6 per month.  As I was not paying or receiving Netflix from EE I subscribed to Netflix independently and have been paying £6 per month directly to Netflix.  I do not want to receive Netflix from EE as I am already paying Netflix directly, how do I cancel my EE subscription and ensure that I don't pay these outstanding charges?  Thanks

Chris

there is another thread

where a customer is questioning a potential spam/hoax

Thanks, @zulu17

Definitely all the more reason to get it checked with our support team, @JER21.

If they confirm that the email is spam/phishing, you should forward the email to phishing@ee.co.uk, so that it can be investigated.

Chris

Thanks Chris, it certainly doesn't look like a scam but ill forward it just
in case. J
