Basically yesterday we ordered broadband and tv but got no confirmation email. We also tried to order some phones and sims but didn’t pass a credit check for some reason.
Then we get a call today about getting the phones and sims using a different plan; which got sorted. When I asked about the broadband, I was told the previous advisor put the wrong email .co.uk instead of .com.
So basically the confirmation email got sent to the wrong email.
But I need that email to find my broadband account number to myee.
I also need it to activate Netflix from what I’ve read.
any help?
