Hi,
I missed the original delivery of my new phone as i was at work. I rescheduled delivery for the Monday as my partner was home all day. DPD attempted delivery again on Sunday (even though i had confirmation this would be redelivered on Monday) and we missed it again and now it says its being returned to EE.
No options to do anything. What can i do from here? How do i arrange a redelivery?

Can I ask how long this took for you to be able to re order? The same has happened to me and I need this as a Christmas gift

Hi there,
I'm having the same issue. Missed the delivery as I wasn't home and my sister didn't have the code required. The only problem is that the no. my phone for that no. isn't working at moment. Will I be able to get confirmation of phone being returned by email or on my other no. I have texted 150 but no response as yet. DPD had said they'd try next day but got message that it was being returned to ee and now that no. as isn't accessible at moment.
Any advice?

Hello @saimaahmed123.
Once your phone has been returned to the warehouse you should receive a text message notification. You can then give us a call and a member of the team will be more than happy to place your order and get your phone back out for delivery.
