What has happened to EE? we have been long time customers, I tried to upgrade last week 1st call went fine, then it went south, scheduled delivery from DPD?? failed to arrive even though they sent a message to say they had tried, no! they had not been any where near the house we were here afternoon, we've got dogs they don't miss anybody! 2nd attempt DPD?? went to the wrong house and drove straight past our house! we know because we saw him!! and he kept going... rescheduled delivery again told Thursday last week! but NO message on DPD website informed the phone was to be returned to EE! then we get a text to say phone has been delivered! WHERE?? not to us, half hour later text to say no it's being returned to EE!
Called EE 4 times now! 3 helpful 1 not so much! 1 guide said once phone returned I would get a call from Callum to do me a better deal after all the nonsense that has gone on?! so far no call from Callum thanks a lot! and the phone has been returned according to a text!! I'll give a miss keep the old phone thanks for nothing!

Sorry to hear of your experience with the delivery of your upgrade.
Once the handset is returned to our warehouse, it can take 48 hours for the upgrade to be reversed and system reset before a new order can be placed.
You'll usually receive a text message letting you know once the account has been reset.
If you don't hear from the upgrades team, please call 150 where a guide will be able to place the new order for you.
I'd really recommend downloading the DPD app, where you can add additional instructions for the driver, as well as track the delivery.
