I got a new upgrade of my mobile phone and it was on flexy plan and had to be delivered to my house and unfortunately missed two attempts to deliver. I selected to have it delivered at the weekend as work 5/7 days but never got a time slot of when it was going to be delivered. When I contacted dpd they weren’t helpful and got frustrated so the person I spoke to transfer me to another advisor and then when he looked at my delivery he told me that my parcel has gone missing. I am having to pay for a contract phone that I don’t have. A ee advisor helped me to fill out a form and I was supposed to be called either Thursday or Friday but still nothing so I am at that stage where I don’t have a clue what to do.

Do you know the contact number to call regarding my flexy account?
