DPD returned my new upgrade device to EE without attempting delivery - I have been in all day waiting for the delivery and no delivery was attempted. DPD have advised I con tact EE but have been on hold for over an hour. I purposely chose today for the upgraded phone to be delivered as I am going away. Any help or advise much appreciated.
