Hi all
i used the mobile app to upgrade my phone sat 27/02/23 its now been over a week and i still dont have my new iphone 12 delivered to me, and no emails apart from the original one with the order reference number, the tracking page doesnt really help apart from saying we cant give any information, can someone please tell me whats going on? money has been taken out of my account for the upfront cost, im starting to get a little annoyed that its taking so long to issue me the phone.
