Welcome to the community,
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, we cannot tell you here in the forums, so if you want more information, you would have to ring customer service.

Thanks for speedy reply. I was told when I made my insurance claim it was coming today. My phone is not working and the insurance reference does not work in orders tracking or for did sp I have np idea. Any other way you can help me out please?

Have you had a text from DPD to let you know the delivery will arrive today?
Which reference are you using? was this given by DPD?

@LC01 , the reason you cannot get through chat is because staff are answering phone calls, but when one is available they will reply to you.

The reference you need would be sent by DPD.
To check the delivery is all set up and DPD will be arriving today, you would need to contact us. You can call us from any other phone on 0800 079 8586 and the team will be happy to help.

I can't get reference if my phone won't work, I have chat working now though, thankfully been off for weeks. Thank you both
