Confusing delivery dates

So, I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max 1Tb space black on the 2nd. Was told it’ll be delivered on the 9th and it wasn’t, was then told it’ll be the 11th and it wasn’t. I have received no order update but the EE website is now saying “usually dispatched within 1 day”. So does that mean I’ll be getting my phone soon or will it conveniently go out of stock as my expected delivery date rolls around? If it’s delayed again I want a discount off the total cost of my plan. It’s getting beyond a joke.

I have checked our stock and can see this phone is available to order and to expect despatch within one day. 

Please give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can chase this for you.

I’m speaking to customer services on the live chat at the minute, they’ve said it seems like my order is in stock but stuck for some reason. They’ve said they can cancel and re-order and it should arrive within 2-3 working days which again leaves me waiting till Wednesday at the latest. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with EE. I don’t want to cancel and re-order either because I negotiated a great deal with the agent when I placed my order and I don’t want to lose that.

It was the upfront cost that I negotiated a deal on and I really don’t want to lose that as I can’t afford the phone if I lose that deal. I’m still not happy with this experience though at all. I’ve been with EE for a long time.

If I cancel and re-order they’ve said they won’t do me the same deal. This is genuinely beyond a joke
