Hiya is anyone else having a problem with not being able to access the Black Friday deals?
every time I try to buy one it says “something went wrong.. try again later”
and I am consistently having this problem with both mine and a friends attempt
maybe it’s just our connections, but I’ve also tried calling up to sort it out and they are unable to do Black Friday deals through the phone team apparently, though I will say the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and polite; they were unfortunately unable to help me out.
very sorry if this is the wrong place to post this just didn’t know if anyone else was having similar problems or if I’m it’s too early for the deal or anything like that,
would very much appreciate any help or advice and a big thank you in advance!

If you could include the product that you're looking at, some of us could give it a try and make sure its not just you having the issue.

Thank you it was the ps5 slim Black Friday bundle but have managed to have it sorted out now and very grateful to the re employees who helped me!
bit of an idiot when it come these online shopping things and completely forgot to actually say thank you for your reply and I hope you have a good evening!

Are you having issues seeing all the Black Friday Deals online, or are you trying to pick a specific deal and it's not loading correctly?
Have you tried to view offers using a different device or web browser to see if this fixes things?

Im having the same problem with a samsung TV.
paid the upfront fee, then monthly added to the contract.
no email confirmation, call them and I was promised a call back. Still nothing.
called again and cant get through.

They just say that will call me back as there digital team are busy.
its abit ridiculous to market offers and you cannot fulfill the orders!
i most certainly wont be taking advantage of these click bait offers again.
keep the upfront payment, I cant be **bleep**d to be honest.
