My wife bought a Black Friday PS5 bundle, for a PS5 digital, £150 in PSN vouchers and 2 years PlayStation gold membership.  This was for my Christmas .  You sent a PS5 disc version and have refused to honour the other add ons since.  
It would be appreciated if you can get this resolved in the next few days.
