EE SIM HAVE NOT ARRIVED

Hi,

I haven’t received any update about when my SIM will be arriving. I don’t if it should take a week or two cause it say when I order that it will be arrived in 1 or 2 days. 
I try to called this number 0800 079 0539 but I was on put on hold.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I order a contract sim for 12 months half price deal with Netflix deal as well .

When was it you ordered the SIM?

They do just go in the standard post, so while they do often arrive in 1-2 working days, it can take a few days longer to arrive.

I ordered it on 28 November 4 days so far. 
Haven’t received any email/update about it.

EE use 2nd class post to send their SIMs, so I think you need to wait a bit longer.
