Hello, I ordered a new SIM on the 25 Nov 2024 and paid £10 subscription pack. However the new SIM has not arrived yet and I am unable to track the order using the order no which was emailed to me !
Can you please help ?

@HapusWales you should’ve had this by now as SIM cards are sent out second-class Royal mail so you cannot track with a order number, I recommend that you call customer support about this as it sounds like your order didn’t go through and all you got was an automated response with an order number.
