I went through the process of ordering a S24 Ultra / contract, via the EE website 4 days ago. I went through the entire process, including credit checks and initial £30 payment.
When I advanced the process, I got a blank, unresponsive web page.... I received no email confirmation regarding the order, but the payment is marked as 'pending' by my bank.
I have phoned customer services several times, but gave up when placed in an 'up to' 30 minute queue.
How else can I find out the status of my order?
I actually would like to back out anyway, based on this customer service experience

There is no account access on these forums.
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for both the questions you have asked.
