Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra not yet arrived at EE store - Ordered on 1st March 2025

Hi,

I have not yet received a delivery update text. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra on 1st March 2025 to be delivered to my local EE store in Wigan. Is there any information on the delivery timescales for this phone? Any delays? I was not expecting it to take this long...

I have received a successful order email and also a confirmation, your order's on its way email.

I ordered the titanium black version which from my understanding is quite popular. I was hoping to collect today or Sunday, as I work Monday to Friday and am not able to collect then.

If you choose any option to speak to a guide, they'll be able to check the order. Choosing billing queries would be a good one to use @LM6767

How was your device ordered (online, over the phone, instore)?

The store should be able to tell you if the device has arrived if you give them a call.

If the device was not ordered in-store, you should get in touch with EE Customer Services if you wish to query your order if it hasn't arrived at the store yet.

Thanks for replying. I have already called the Wigan store, and they told me nothing has arrived yet. I'm assuming it's taking longer as it's the latest Samsung model. I didn't expect delivery to take this long. Also, I tried calling EE customer service times and was not able to reach an actual person to talk to. I'm just getting an automatic wait until you get the delivery update text message response.

Welcome to the community.

I've had a look at the stock for orders placed online and over the phone, and the Samsung S25 Ultra models are all showing that they'd be despatched within 1 day, except for the 1TB Titanium White version.

Did you order in the store or was it online to be delivered to the store?

Thanks for replying. I ordered online on the EE website to be delivered to the EE store in Wigan. I can only collect weekends so if I can't collect today, I will have to wait another week to collect.

I don't have access to accounts or orders here to see what is going on, but if you've not heard anything yet, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call.

They'll be able to check your account and the order to see what is going on.

Hi,

I tried calling 07953 966 150 multiple times, but I am struggling to talk to an actual person. I selected option 4 which said for order/delivery update. I am getting an automatic message saying EE will send a delivery text just wait until then...

How do I talk to a person when calling, what option do I select?
