Inquiry About Exchanging Galaxy Buds3 for Galaxy Buds Pro

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 from EE, and as part of the promotion, I received a pair of Galaxy Buds3 as a gift. However, I am experiencing an issue as these earbuds do not fit my ears properly and keep falling out.

I would like to know if it is possible to exchange them for a pair of Galaxy Buds Pro by paying the price difference. Please let me know the procedure and whether this exchange can be arranged.
