TNT switch not working

I’ve followed the link via the text message from EE to activate TNT. I select my email address then set up an account with TNT. When I  log into the TNT app it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Any suggestions?

Can’t register with ee perks

Unable to get into ee perks as my “account was deactivated” as I didn’t accept the registration email on my work email quick enough, tried to register again and unable to.
