I just received my new pixel 8 Pro but how do I claim ny fitbit that was included in the deal? There's nothing in my confirmation emails

It says on the sales page:

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Here's the link to claim the Fitbit Charge 6.

You can only claim after it's been 14 days since your order. Last day to claim is 29 January 2024. You'll receive the Fitbit 30-60 days after a successful claim.
