Please tell me I’m not the only one having this issue with EE perks discounts - I created an account to register my nhs email, all went fine until I have to verify it for the codes. It then said my log in was invalid (literally set it up two mins prior)! Then upon going to reset password no email gets sent for you to do so. I have spoken to many customer service people and keep hearing the same thing “this is not our department” and seem to get no where 🤷🏼♀️ if u have had this problem how did you resolve it??
