Apple Music Benefit not working

Recently swapped my Apple Music inclusive benefit (which was working previous to this) to roaming to go abroad.

Waited 30 days and swapped back to Music.

It shows on EE app that Apple Music active but it won’t recognise that I have it included.

Seems like still a common issue. Spoke with EE and Apple and still not working just got pied off from both.

Problem seems to stem down to Apple Music not being able to recognise I have the benefit on my account. Just says I don’t have subscription through EE.

Anyone ever find a fix for this?

Fixed from an older post…

Ring EE customer service and ask them to remove it and add it back on.

Fixed straight away.
