Hi
My wife is trying to log-in to request an NHS EE perk code but receives the following error.
ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
When she tries to register or should we say re-register she gets the following error message:
The details provided are already registered for EE Perks.
I have tried to ring EE but advised we need to go through the EE community chat to resolve this.
I am trying to upgrade and apply the discount code which my wife will provide.
Can you help please?

The exact same situation has happened to me. Can you advise how to rectify this as I too would like to upgrade and use my discount?

Is your perk account showing as deactivated?
How long ago did you register for a perk account?

Yes it says it’s deactivated. Can’t remember when I activated it. Probably 6-12 months ago
I then tried to register again but it said the email address was previously registered so would not let me register again
