Hi seen this so many times, but still haven't seen a solution, I want to look at a new SIM contract and it's only worth it with the NHS discount but my ee perks password isn't working and it won't reset, even though it says it's sent an email to reset it. Anyone sorted this problem out?

I am also having the same issue. It wants me to validate my nhs email but won’t let me reset the password so I’m unable to do this. Have tried on different browsers but none of them work. Did you get it sorted?
