accessing ee perks when nhs email changed

HI

 

I have ee perks but the email I used to access it has changed (the NHS changed our emails and we no longer have access to the old email addresses), I have forgotten my password and as they need the email I set it up with to reset it, I can't change the password.  I am not sure what to do to get into the account?

Hi, 

 

I am also having this issue - my ee perks email that is registered is no longer in use and I’m on maternity leave. I have my nhs id but can’t re register as says I’m already signed up but cannot sign in and therefore use this. I’d be grateful for your help.

Hi,

 

I can ask our perk team to remove your current details from the system so that you can sign up again using your new details.

 

Can I take your full name and the email address that you currently use?

I also have the same issue and have a new NHS email but no access to the old one. Is it possible to reset my details so I can make a new account with the new email?

Hello, I also have the same issue, just spent over an hour on ee chat to try & solve & was advised to contact my HR department 🤔🤔🤔
