accessing ee perks when nhs email changed

HI

 

I have ee perks but the email I used to access it has changed (the NHS changed our emails and we no longer have access to the old email addresses), I have forgotten my password and as they need the email I set it up with to reset it, I can't change the password.  I am not sure what to do to get into the account?

Hi @Nicole73,

If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to that email address, we'll need to remove your account so you can re-register.

Good evening. 
I have the same issue, I have changed trusts and no longer have access to the original email address I signed up with.

I have same problem:  ee perks email I used to access it has changed and I no longer have access to the old email address, I have forgotten my password and and I cannot register with the new NHS email due already registered.  I have now locked the perks account due to many tries. Can you please delete the account so I can register with the new NHS email?

I am also having this problem. Nhs email address has changed and no longer able to access the old one to access perks.

We would need to get your old details removed from the system so you can re-register with your new email.
