accessing ee perks when nhs email changed

HI

 

I have ee perks but the email I used to access it has changed (the NHS changed our emails and we no longer have access to the old email addresses), I have forgotten my password and as they need the email I set it up with to reset it, I can't change the password.  I am not sure what to do to get into the account?

Hi,

I have a similar issue - I have changed my employer within NHS and I don't have access to my old email anymore, but can provide a new ID card. Would it be possible to reset my perks account please?

Was it your old NHS email address you used to log in to the Perk Portal or you personal one?

I'm also having the same problem, I moved to a different region and I can't remove my old NHS account and change it to my new one as I no longer have access to those emails. Can you help me change my NHS email on my account please?
