Not able to set-up plan add-ons

Hi All,

I have received my text from EE to set-up my Microsoft 365 Add-on from my mobile plan. Everytime I try to do so I receive a "fault" notification. Is there anyway to set-up without having to follow the link provided via text?

Does the fault error provide you with an error code?
