New Phone contract

Hi! yesterday around 7pm i ordered an Iphone 15 on contract it’s 3:20PM. Payment was accepted straight away, last night but I haven’t received a dispatch email or any tracking details. The order status hasn’t changed since, and I’m starting to wonder if something’s holding it up.

I ordered 125GB in Pink

Hi, I placed an order for an iPhone 15 (Pink, 125GB)  Thursday evening around 7PM, and the payment was accepted. I haven’t received a dispatch confirmation or any updates since, does anyone know why this may be, thank you

Have you checked EE order tracker:

https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

I suggest downloading and registering on the DPD app as well as you will receive a notification from them when your delivery is due.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

That model does look to be on 1 day dispatch so I would have expected you to have had an update by now. If you give our customer care team a call, they will be able to look into this for you.
