Ordered a phone, told 11 days later to choose another

I ordered the flip 7 11 days ago, this morning was told it would be delivered. 

I've just been told sorry its out of stock choose another phone. 

Been with ee 8 years and this is ridiculous

Not much EE can do if they don't have the stock from Samsung.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
