Hi, I ordered a SIM card but DPD have been unable to deliver it and it's now winging it's way back to EE. In the meantime I've received my first bill. TBF it's my fault, I should've had it delivered to my work address. How can I get it rerouted to a new address?

Hello @ThriceLeah ,

Welcome to the community,

If it is just the SIM card you are waiting for, they are normally delivered via second class post, but if you are only requiring a SIM card, if you are able to go to an EE high street store with photo ID, such as passport or driving licence, then you can get one there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks Shockwave. I'm guessing they have been trying to obtain a signature on delivery rather than send it second class. Oh well, I'll try and find a branch near me. 👍

@ThriceLeah , you are welcome glad to help, good luck.
