Tnt inclusive extra not activating correctly?

Hi there I have recently added TNT to my inclusive extras and it is showing as active but I have not received a text or anything. I have created accounts via tnt and discovery plus but can not watch anything without paying. I have tried all available routes including ee.co.uk/tnt and am now stumped! Please help!

Welcome to the community.

What is happening when you go to validate your account here? Do you receive a PIN after entering your mobile number? If not, can you make sure that you are connected to mobile data rather than WiFi, and try again?
