How to remove add ons?

I'm not in the UK atm and have tried to remove the BT Sport add on and its just not possible to do it online. I have called EE 150 earlier in the week to sort my mobile plan out and forgot to mention removing this add on. I can't call them again because on that last call they charged me over £100!

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

In the EE app, tap the Mobile add-ons tile, then select the add-on. You should see a remove button on the next screen.

Hi when I select cancel add on when do I stop being charged for it? It says on my app it expires 26th September 24 does that mean after that I won't be charged for it?

Thanks for your question.

If the add-on expires on the 26th September, you would be charged up until that date on your next bill and then no further charges after.
