Good Evening ,
I have changed my inclusive extra to the office 365 this evening . I received the text to activate and after troubleshooting the issues i faced activating i have found i cant do on my mobile but can do on my laptop. Thats Great,
However now im on the EE page to click activate and it takes me to the office website and thats where it all goes wrong. I get a page saying here is what you will get. I click confirm then get an error page.
I have attempted to do a live chat with office and they send me back to EE. I fear im going to be in a cycle here. Can anyone advise?
