Again having to chase things up with EE, ordered new contract 1/08/2024 (that was also delayed by 2 days 😂) - still awaiting earbuds or further communication as to when the will be arriving as manufacturers delay but saying in stock on EE website 🤔.

@Kdalzell91  What EE have on their website for sale isn’t stock that can be given to you as the free gift.  

The free gift is also from Samsung not EE.
