Hi,
I preordered the S26 ultra and received it c.1 week before the general release date. In the last couple of days I have noticed that EE are now offering the Galaxy buds pro 3 with the purchase for £1. The eligibility date started on the 11th March, however it seems unfair to exclude those who preordered the phone from this deal. Does anyone know if this would be the case and I would be excluded?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @dpatel96
Pre-order devices had their own deals that is why, double the storage if I remember correctly.
Deals change all the time and this is not in any way unfair or unreasonable.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
It does seem unfair to me that, according to the EE website, that for the exact same deal, and price for the same device (same storage) that they have now chose to offer a new deal with extra benefits. It feels like they are punishing those who chose to preorder.
Essentially the 'pre-order' deal can still currently be purchased for the same price and now with the additon of the buds.

Hi @dpatel96
Double your storage
Customers pre-ordering the new Galaxy S26 series can also get their storage double for free, with 512GB of storage for the price of 256GB on the Galaxy S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra, allowing customers to get the most from the content they need to store.
As I said deals change and your deal is the one you take at the time you but the product the same as any product you buy, pre order or not.
If you want the buds you can buy the buds from EE here: https://ee.co.uk/products/atp-samsung-buds3-pro
Thanks

That would imply that I didnt get the original 'double your storage' deal if the cost on the website is still the same currently compared to when preorders were available, which seems like a separate issue.
