Added Gemini as an extra but nothing happened?

Hi All,

I added Gemini AI Pro to my account as my inclusive extra about two weeks ago, it shows in my account when I log in under add ons.  However, I never received an email about activating it or any correspondence at all.

I use my gmail login to log into my EE account so I thought it was maybe just added to that, but when I log into Gemini it still shows me on the free plan.

How do I get this activated?

If the inclusive extra as showing as active on your account, please try to head over to ee.co.uk/googleone to activate it.

If that still doesn't let you activate, give our customer service guides a call and they can help to activate it for you.
