How do I remove my Roam Abroad Pass?

I was refunded £30 but not the remaining £22.50 owed (yes we worked it all out in detail). When the customer service rep checked with her supervisor she was advised only £30 refund as I had access to my bills and could have seen the overcharge error earlier.
THE POINT IS THAT I DID, THEN ONCE AGAIN FOLLOWED YOUR SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS TO CANCEL. So I did my due diligence. However this also failed. I have text message records to prove that I cancelled that add on 3 times in total. In fact when I called just now, the cancellation still had not worked. I am not happy at all. This has taken an hour of my time. Now only partial refund.
I have left a 1 star review on trust pilot. I am happy to pay for what I use and for any mistakes I make. I am NOT happy to pay for your systems errors and have to give up an hour of my working day for the privilege. If someone would like to review my case, refund the amount owing and let me know I will change my comments. I am happy to provide screenshots of my texts (although I think you can see them on your system) however do not any more time to spend on this. 😠

Texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 worked for me (I then had to text Yes to confirm).
Confirmation came through and was all sorted within a minute.

Once you've texted STOP ROAMING PASS you MUST WAIT for a second message asking you to confirm Yes/No. I missed this step & its cost me!

AI seems to work fine when adding things - it is just the invisible faceless organisation when you want to remove something. Strange...
