@Kath61  Just text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are there any cancellation charges or restrictions?

Hi @DickC

Thanks for coming here.

The Roam Abroad Pass is a 30-day rolling add-on so once added it will stay on your account, with the cost added to your monthly mobile bill, until you remove it, there is no cancellation charge for this add-on.

Leanne.

Sadly STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 did not work for me.

Website link to talk to an Agent sent from 150 came up with  a 404 page error.

On this showing BT/EE AI has a long long way to go - and is not where it should be at this stage of the game.

Hi, I used a roaming pass in Feb, texted STOP ROAMING PASS as per instructions and only found out in June this had not worked, which cost me £30 in unneeded pass. Then had to use another for holiday in June. Was VERY careful to cancel after and have just checked and found still being charged. Now been on the phone for over 20 mins trying to resolve. This is ridiculous. I will be cancelling my agreement. Has cost myself and my husband £60 plus.

Totally unnecessary!

Hi @APx

I am sorry to hear this and you are doing the right thing speaking to our mobile care team on 150.

Let us know how it goes once you have spoken to one of the team 🙂

Leanne.

Your support staff are really friendly, but the process is terrible. I have been on the line for 41 minutes. Now been transferred twice, had to download the past few months of bills and manually work out how much I have been overcharged, and think I am getting a refund on the excess charges. But now the phone has gone silent? What can I do? this is not worth an hour of my time.

I guess I need to call again to cancel our contract?
